Kesey is an experiment in sonic scenery - an aural attempt at articulating ardor. Kesey is the solo project of Ryan Patrick Michael O'Rourke who hails from Toronto, Ontario in the fine country of Canada.
"Well, i guess i would classify my sound as lo-fi experimental post-punk with a dash of grunged up electro-folk, a hint of psychedelic blues, all served over a steaming hot bed of plain old fashioned rock'n'roll.
Mainly an instrumental undertaking, however the apartment recordings LP and fallen EP have a few lyrics littered throughout. Add stereo headphones, and your choice of personal intoxicants to suit your specific taste and enhance the experience..."
